Construction Details
Foundation: Reinforced concrete of 3,000 p.s.i. with a profile comprising main tee beams and secondary rectangular beams, support each module.
Floor: Concrete slabs of 3000 p.s.i. with steel mesh fabric at 1.94 kg / sq.m. (4.32 lbs. / sq.yd.) being incorporated at the top to control cracking. The wearing surface is to a steel float finish.
Wall / Frame: Concrete block of over fifteen centimeters ( 6 inches) in thickness reinforced with steel bars, are used for walls and extended from foundation to roof level, except where multiple units are leased. The steel portal frame system is used on most buildings.
Roof:Aluminum sheeting is the norm, with roof lights and venting systems being included. Eave heights range from 3.7 - 4.7 meters (12 - 15 feet) with apex heights of 5.8 - 6.4 meters (19 - 21 feet).
Doors: Shutter doors are 3.7 x 4.4 meters (12 x 14 sq.ft.)
