Both the Kingston Free Zone and the Montego Bay Free Zone consist of modern factory units constructed for manufacturing and / or warehousing activities. In addition, there are office type buildings constructed in the Montego Bay Free Zone for the Information Technology sector.

At the Portmore Informatics Park, there is a turnkey office type structure built to facilitate activities in the Information Technology sector.

Standard factory / warehouse modules, of 558 sq.m. (6,000 sq.ft.) are provided with four toilets and a few larger units of 860 sq.m. (9,250 sq.ft.) are also available. Investors may modify the internal structure of these units to suit their needs and are required under the Factories Act to provide restroom, eating facilities and other amenities to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of workers.
